The Entrance

Stepping into the immaculate entrance of the residence gracefully framed by archways, one is envelopped by a sacred atmosphere, where worries and stress melt away, leaving only serenity in their wake. Beneath a vaulted arch, a bench, is facing a meticulously crafted cabinet adorned with woodwork echoing the same arcade shapes, adding a touch of sophistication to the ambiance.

The Living Room

The living room unfolds into a spacious living area framed by elements that define its geometry: the central column elegantly integrated with a cement kitchen table, introducing a new interplay of lines accentuated by a daring shade of almond green. Concealed within the structural wall, hidden storage spaces have been incorporated into the depth of the staircase, camouflaged behind tall doors crafted from dark wood panels. Painted in the same refreshing green hue, the concrete staircase offers an upward journey, promising delightful surprises to be unveiled on the upper floor.

The Master bedroom

Imbued with a distinctly contemporary allure, this master bedroom invites ones to drop off its luggage in the ambiance of a charming hotel suite. The bed, perched atop a concrete platform, is elegantly framed by a headboard featuring generous shelves, ideal for displaying cherished personal items or vintage treasures. The almond-green dressing unit merges with a petite table, versatile enough to serve as either a desk or a vanity  table, catering to the discerning preferences of its future occupants. The adjoining bathroom, presents a soothing monochromatic botanical freshness, featuring two sinks and a bathtub for an invigorating moment.

Bedroom n°2 & n°3

In these bedrooms, remarkable attention has been devoted to the openings. Door frames, sculpted in graceful arches, with delicate dark wood joineries framing textured glass panels, softly illuminated by daylight filtering in from the corridor. Tinted glass tiles at the windows enchant the space like the colorful dance of a kaleidoscope. The play of colors extends to the hedonistic shared bathroom, boldly covered in sensual pink.

The Terrace

    The second floor hosts the sleeping quarters, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

    Finally, the third floor boasts a rooftop terrace complete with its own outdoor kitchen.
