  • Casado Pátio is a two-story villa. On the ground floor, the entrance from the street leads to a 22m2 patio, with the main entrance to the house situated at the patio's end. This entrance grants access to the 30 m2 living area, which integrates the kitchen and lounge. Additionally, the ground floor hosts the master bedroom and a bathroom.

    The second floor offers two bedrooms with access to a balcony, another bathroom, and an office that opens onto a 24m2 terrace. This terrace can also be reached via a staircase connecting it to the ground floor patio.
